Yvonne V. Wolfort

Yvonne “Neno” V. Wolfort passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at the age of 94. She was born on October 12, 1929 to the late Frank Alessi, Sr. and Lillian M. Alessi in New Orleans, LA and recently resided in River Ridge, LA. She is survived by her Children, Karen Doyle (Joseph) and Eugene “Chris” Lundsgaard; Brother, Donald Alessi; as well as 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her Significant Other, Jack Horil; Parents; Sister, Verna Longo; and Brother, Frank Alessi, Jr.

In her spare time, Yvonne enjoyed reading books, collecting fans, and traveling. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A private service will be held at St. Matthew the Apostle Church in River Ridge, LA in September.
