William Carl Munch, better known as Billy, Paw Paw Billy, Stubby, and Little Willie
passed away on August 13, 2016.
Billy is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Rita Ouber Munch, of Metairie, LA, 3 children; Hollie Teague and husband Ken Teague, Heath Munch and wife Stephanie Munch, Tiffany Raiford and husband Jason Raiford. Also survived by 7 grandchildren; Dalton Thompson, Jake Raiford, Hunter Munch, Hannah Thompson, Ryan Raiford, Chase Munch, and Katie Raiford.
Billy Munch was a proud Navy Vietnam Veteran and a retired electrician of Local 130.
He never met a stranger and never had an enemy. He always had a story to tell and it usually lasted quite a while. Billy made many smile with his unconditional love. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday September 3, 2016 from 12pm to 2pm at The Well United Methodist Church in Ponchatoula.
