Walter Gibson Galloway

Walter Gibson Galloway of Covington, Louisiana passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 82 in his home surrounded by his family. Walter was born in Bogalusa, Louisiana to the late, Walter and Laler Farmer Galloway.

Walter leaves behind to cherish his memories, his loving wife of almost 60 years, Carol Galloway to whom he married in Bogalusa, August 2, 1963, his loving daughters, Karla McCrimon (Wendy) of Folsom, Angela Gilmore (Radhika) of St. Louis, Missouri. He also leaves behind his grandchildren; Kassidy Wall (Tyler) of Springfield and Austin Bynum of Covington, his sister, Charlotte Parker of Covington, Brother-in-law, Glenn Loew (Jeanette) of Pensacola, Florida, nieces; Kristen Parker (Heather) of Hammond, Kelleye Taylor (Jarrett) of Pine, Sherri Lowe of Charlotte, North Carolina, great nieces Avery Parker and Ella Parker, great nephews, Andrew Taylor and Matthew Taylor, Son-in-law, Brett Bynum of Colorado and a very special mother-in-law, Laura Lowe Pugh.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located at 1121 North Columbia, Bogalusa, Louisiana 70427 at 3:00 p.m.
