Terri Echeverria

Terri Lynn Echeverria , age 61, was called to her heavenly home on March 26, 2021.

Terri was born on February 13, 1960 in New Orleans, LA, to parents Theodore “Teddy” Echeverria and Carolyn Thomas. Terri held a position as a Psychiatric Aid at Southeast Psychiatric Hospital, where she worked for 4 years. She also worked at the Bogalusa Acute Unit as a Psychiatric Aid and a supervisor, for more than 15 years. Terri enjoyed her work and coworkers immensely.

Terri was a spunky and thoughtful woman. She enjoyed crocheting, fishing, and hunting. Her family and friends will always remember her as a loving, compassionate, and determined person.

Terri is survived by Bre Echeverria, daughter (Brittany), Carolyn Thomas, mother (Dennis),  Trusty Jenkins, uncle, and Robin Lynn Williams, cousin (Kurt). She is preceded in death by James A. Jenkins, grandfather, Ester Lee Jenkins, grandmother, James “Lenny” Echeverria, brother, Theodore “Teddy” Echeverria, father, and Jeremy Echeverria, nephew.

Services will be held at Bagnell & Son Funeral Home in Covington, LA on Friday, April 2, 2021. Visitation will be from 11am to 1pm. Service will begin at 1pm, with Stanley Tally preceding. All are welcome to attend.
