Sylvia Guillory

Sylvia Guillory lived 82 wonderful years. She Passed away peacefully with her family by her side. Born the daughter of Buck and Grace Mendow.

Married 54 years to Duane Guillory on 4-8-1966 Survived by four sons, spouses & grand children Brent, Eric & Mary, Dean, Kirk & Barbara

Jamie, Katie, Derek, Taylor, Tyler, Justin, Kyle Furry friends Ziggy and Sandy A Loving Mother, Devoted Wife & Surrogate mother to many friends who needed a mom in their life. Sylvia loved to fish, cook, coach the girls at the gym.

She loved to tend to her flowers and plants, do crafts and paint. A bus driver of 30 years with the New Orleans school board. She loved working with special need kids. Her devotion was to her family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Saturday, December 19, 2020 in the Chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home 75212 Hwy 437 Covington, Louisiana 70435 at 12:00 p.m. with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment to follow in the Pilgrims Rest Cemetery.
