Stephen Paul Barcelona

Stephen Paul Barcelona passed away with his family by his side on November 23, 2023 at the age of 67. 

 

Steve was born on January 4, 1956. He was born and raised in the City of New Orleans, which he loved! He really enjoyed Mardi Gras, especially riding in the truck parade with his family and friends. He also had many fond memories marching with Pete Fountain and watching Tulane football. He was a great friend to many. 

 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Mary Nell Barcelona. He was the proud father of Jessica Levet (Brandon), Jamie Lodrigues (Garrad), and Jenna Denham (Dayne). He had six beautiful grandchildren, Kylie and Kayden Levet, Colten Long, Ridge and Brooks Lodrigues, and Beckham Denham. He is also survived by his siblings, Guy Barcelona, Tom Barcelona (Barbara), Rosanne Alford (Michael), and Paul Barcelona (Jennifer). 

 

Family and friends are invited to attend services at Ascension of Our Lord Church in LaPlace on Thursday, November 30, 2023. Visitation is from 10-11:30 a.m. with mass to follow.
