Sonya Fay Willie Prevot, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend left this world to be with our heavenly Father on February 4, 2020. She leaves behind her husband, Israel “Johnny” Prevot, her two babies, Lily 8 and James 5, her mother Dot Willie, her sisters Donna Cooper and Gay Thompson (Jeffrey), nephews and niece, Scott Cooper (Mary), Nicholas Cooper, Darby Thompson, Derron Thompson, Nathan Cooper and Silas Cooper as well as her father in-law and mother in-law Jules and Barbara Prevot, brother in-laws and sister in-laws, Kevin Prevot (Erica), Bryan Prevot, Sara Prevot and Heather Prevot, niece and nephews, Isabelle, Noah, Nicholas and Magnus as well as many, many other family and friends. Sonya was a Gifted English teacher and taught at Slidell High School for 6 years and Covington High School for 14 years. It was a profession that she truly loved. Each and every student was so precious to her. You took a piece of our hearts with you when you left us. We love and miss you so very much. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday February 8, 2020 at Savannah Branch Church of God 11067 Highway 1078, Folsom, Louisiana 70437. With visitation from 11:00 a.m until service time. Memorial Service 12 PM- 1 PM.
