Sally May Chesnutt Nichols

Sally May Chesnutt Nichols, age 33, of Silver Creek, Mississippi passed away peacefully with loved ones by her side on February 27, 2024. 

Sally was born on November 16, 1990. She always had a big bright smile on her face. Even through her long battle with brain cancer, knowing her diagnosis she always stayed positive and never lost her faith.

Sally leaves behind to cherish her memories, her loving parents Deborah Nelson Chesnutt (Chris Babin), Jack Richard Chesnutt (Rose Chesnutt), her daughter Devin Elaine Nichols, her siblings; Elizabeth Chesnutt Kieffer (Daniel Kieffer) and Linda Chesnutt Case (Brandon Case). She also leaves behind her nieces and nephews Emma Kieffer, Waylon Kieffer, John Marbury, Jace Marbury, as well and many other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Shirley Nelson and Jack Nelson, Harry Chesnutt and Sally Chesnutt, her aunt Linda Chesnutt, cousins Lil Bill Chesnutt and Melissa Harris as well as her niece Wrenlee Kate Hodges.

Sally had a love for spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed hunting, putting together puzzles, gardening, crafting, riding four-wheelers and reading the Bible.

Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service on March 16, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. at the Bogue Chitto Water Park 1068 Dogwood Trail McCombe, Mississippi 39648.
