Russell Noel

Russell R. Noel earned his wings on December 25,2016. Beloved husband of the late Margaret Frey Noel and father of Dawn N. Bertucci (Joby), Vicki N. Senko (Johnny), Michelle N. Sciambra (Ted) and Merelle N. Spino (Jimmy). He was grandfather to Regan, Russell, Joey, Tara, William, Jonathan, John and Monique. Russell was blessed with 17 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.  He was brother to Renee, Roeling, Elroy, Bruce, Maris, the late Gerard, Wayne, Lynn, Fay, Spencer and Sandra.....Russell was preceded in death by his loving parents Claire Duhe Noel and Roy Russell Noel and is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews , other relatives and many friends. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served during the Korean War.  Russell retired from the New Orleans Parish School System where he was a glazier for  over 30 years. He was raised in New Orleans and a long time resident of St. Bernard Parish
