Rose Victoriana

Rose Vath Victoriana, a homemaker, died Friday, May 22, 2015 in Slidell of natural causes. She was 83. She was a native of New Orleans, but spent most of her life in Chalmette. She was active with her husband in the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7194 in Chalmette and loved dancing. Rose and her beloved husband Henry, who preceded her in death, loved to travel. When they were younger, they traveled across the country by car to places such as Yellowstone National Park.
Survivors include her son, Michael Victoriana; her daughter, Diane Forte; two grandchildren, Gino Forte and Gina Forte Schraufnagel; and two great-grandchildren, John Forte and Olivia Schraufnagel.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service in the chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Road, Covington, LA on Monday, June 1, 2015 at 11:00 am. Visitation will be held from 9:30 am until service time.
