Robinel Neal Portier passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2014 in Mandeville, LA at the age of 83. Robinel was born on Thursday, February 5, 1931 to the late Nellie Beatrice Pitts and Robert Coleman Neal. Preceded in death by husband, Ellis Allen Portier; and brother, Wallace Coleman Neal. Survived by son and daughter-in-law, Robert Edward Carter and Patricia Ann Thomason Carter; brothers, Ronald Sam Neal, Roy Frank Neal, and Alton Gray Neal; and three precious grand-animals, Samantha, Bobcat & Jett.
