Rita Addotto

Rita O'Rourke Addotto passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 in Covington, LA at the age of 94. Rita was born on November 11, 1920 in New Orleans, LA and was a long time resident of Folsom, LA.
Rita was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick J. Addotto, Sr.
She is survived by her children; Kathleen A. Craig (Jon), Frederick Addotto, Jr. (the late Alana), and Rita A. Hauswald (Gerald); her sister, Dorothy Suhor. Also survived by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, nine great great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Rita was retired from the St. Bernard Parish School Board as a custodian at Andrew Jackson High School in Chalmette, LA.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 11345 St John Church Road, Folsom, LA 70437, on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 11:00 am. Visitation from 10:00 am until service time.
Interment will follow in St. Louis Cemetery #3, New Orleans, LA.
In lieu of flowers, masses preferred.
