Richard Lundsgaard, Sr.

Richard Lundsgaard, Sr., born on Thursday, September 25, 1930 and passed into eternal rest on Wednesday, August 13, 2014. He was the son of the late Eugene C. Lundsgaard and Adele J Castaing. Beloved husband of the late Ruth M. Lundsgaard and proceeded in death by two sons Richard Jr. and Roderick. He is survived by son Randell (Michele), daughters Rebecca Richey (Mark), Rhonda (Carla) and six grandchildren. He was born and grew up in New Orleans, LA and lived in Slidell until his death. He was a Marine Veteran who served in the Korean War and fought courageously in the Chosin Reservoir. He was greatly loved and will be deeply missed.
