R. Michael Brawders passed away on Friday, May 15, 2015 at his home in Folsom, La, with his wife Carmen Brawders by his side. Mike was born in Wilmington, Delaware on October 5, 1951 to Virginia Brawders and the late Richard M. Brawders Sr.
Mike is survived by his wife Carmen Brawders, son Casey Patrick, wife Jennifer and 3 beautiful grandchildren, Brendan, Brody and Evan Kate. His mother Virginia Brawders of Chadds Ford, PA, and his sister Sandy Brawders residing in California.
Mike graduated from the University of Delaware. He retired from the DuPont Company in November 2011.
Mike loved his family and friends and enjoyed golf, making fly rods, and tying fresh water flies. He also enjoyed a beautiful sunrise and sunset.
