Preston Armond

Preston Armond, 45, of Slidell, Louisiana, passed away on July 22nd in his sleep at his family home.

There will be no public funeral service held, only a small gathering of close family and friends.

Preston was born in Chalmette, Louisiana on April 8th, 1975. He graduated from Pope John Paul II High school in 1993 and continued on to run and eventually own the family business, Armond Meats.

Preston was married to Hope Buuck Armond on September 7th, 2001. They were married almost 20 years.

Preston worked as a business owner for Armond Meats for 14 years. He enjoyed watching the Saints and taking part in fantasy football with friends and family.

Preston is survived by Hope Armond, Marigny Armond, parents Kenny and Donna Armond, sister and brother-in-law Alicia and Mike Fradella, brother and sister-in-law Ken and Amanda Armond, sister-in-law Nicole Buuck, brother-in-law Jason Buuck, nieces Taylor Fradella Doucet, Katie Fradella, Devin Buuck-Whitfield, Elizabeth Buuck, Quinn Armond, Kaeden Fritz, nephew Linus Armond, aunt and uncle Lisa and David Guillot, cousins Guy and Debbie Armond, Ross Armond, along with other family and countless friends.

Preston is preceded in death by his daughter, Skylar Armond. The family finds comfort knowing that father and daughter are reunited.
