Peggy Holden

Peggy Jean Holden of Covington, LA passed away on Monday, May 1, 2017 at the age of 73.  She is survived by her brother Charles Holden; her sisters Hilda Sapera and Jane Dees and her many nieces and nephews. Her departed brothers are Horace Holden, Lee Roy Holden, Julius Holden, Melvin Holden and Thomas Holden.  Her departed sisters are Winona Holden, Leona Holt, Evelyn Tyson, Eloise Frere, Loretta Jones and Shirley Swanner.  Her parents are the late Percy and Vernie Holden from Covington.  She graduated from Charity Hospital School of Nursing, spending most of her career in home health.  The family would like to thank Rene’ Wallace and Amie Thompson of St. Tammany Hospice for their exemplary care and service.  At her request, a private family memorial will be held at a later time.
