Paul E. Chauvin

Paul E. Chauvin, a resident of Lacombe, Louisiana, passed away on September 12, 2024 at the age of 76. 

Paul leaves behind his loving daughter Christy Ewell (Otis Jr.), stepchildren; Dino Catalanotto (Dana), Jackie Bordelon (Terrel), Vincent Catalanotto (Paula) and Carlo Catalanotto (Jama), daughter-in-law Margett Catalanotto. He also leaves behind his sister Linda Chauvin, sister-in-law Rosalyn Chauvin McDaniel and one grandson Zachary Ewell (Kelsey), as well as his ex-wife Casandra Nevers Chauvin. 

Paul is preceded in death by his wife Hennetta Lois Catalanotto, his parents Theodore B. Chauvin and Vivian Fox Chauvin, his son Mario Catalanotto and brother Roy Chauvin. 

He was the owner of A Appliance Service and served on the Lacombe Chamber of Commerce. Paul was also Santa on the Bayou for many years as well as at the Lakeshore Mall. 

A private ceremony will be held at a later time.
