Pat was born March 8, 1941, in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is survived by his wife of 49 years Margaret (née Prusak). His parents Thomas Kielkucki and Ann Flipkowski had 5 children. Pat (the oldest), Daniel (deceased), Christine (O’Connor), Kathleen (Carlson), and Mary Jean (Kroll).
Pat attended grammar school at St. Casimir’r Elementary, went on to high school in Missouri, college in Mississippi and Texas. Pat played hockey as a boy and enjoyed the sport of fishing, hunting and his most recent activity of wood carving of wildlife.
Before Marrying “the love of his life,” Pat spent time in the priesthood. He and Margaret truly enjoyed their life together for 49 years. Pat spent his entire professional career working with children as both a high school teacher and manager for Readers Digest Educational and Financial Division. He attended church at Mary Queen of Peace in Mandeville, LA.
Pat led a full life, practiced his religion and spread his beliefs wherever he was.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service Saturday April 15, 2023. The reception will be held at 10:00 a.m. and Mass to begin at 11:00 a.m.. Services will be held at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church 1501 W Causeway Approach, Mandeville, LA 70471 ‘Interment will be at a later date’. ‘In lieu of flowers, Family and friends are welcome to donate to the American Cancer Society or the charity of your choice.’
