Obie Johnson

Obie Johnson passed away peacefully at his home in Covington, Louisiana on March 20, 2022. He is proceeded in death by his mother and father, Nita Atwood and Charles Johnson. He is survived by his ex-wife Tonia Johnson, his son Tyler Johnson (Gabby Arispe), his eldest daughter Cierra Johnson (Glenn Spears), and his youngest daughter Chloe Johnson (Morris Laurent), his grandchildren: Ava, Paisley, Remington, and Nova Grace. He is also survived by his Uncle David and siblings Bobbie Mcintosh, Roger Johnson, and Charlene Johnson.

Obie grew up in Covington, Louisiana. He was a family man who loved his children and grandchildren, he was the happiest when he was with them. He lived a short life of 58 years and in that time he touched a lot of peoples hearts. He will be severely missed by family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to attend Funeral Services on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home 75212 Hwy 437 Covington, Louisiana 70435 with visitation starting at 11:00 a.m. until service time. Internment to follow in the Eternal Rest Cemetery.
