Norman Levenson

Norman Nathan Levenson, Jr. passed away December 22, 2015 in Covington, Louisiana after a brave battle against cancer. Norman was born May 3, 1946 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Son of the late Norman Nathan Levenson, Sr. and Elvy Sanchez Levenson. Norman is survived by his wife, Brenda Brown, his brother Leonard L. Levenson (Stephanie), niece Dr. Stephanie Levenson Slocum (Paul) and nephew Nathan L. Levenson. He was a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University. Norman owned his own business, Transworld Theatre Supply Co., and was a long time volunteer as an Instructor at the New Orleans Power Squadron. He enjoyed helping his friends and neighbors with their projects and was always ready with a helping hand and a quick wit to all. Norman was a former team photographer for the New Orleans Jazz. A private gathering with family will be held.
