Mercedes Miller

Mercedes “Mercy” Miller, age 92, passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 3, 2022. A native and life long resident of Mandeville, La. She was the daughter of the late Clarence Davis and Katie Parker Davis Marange (John Marange Sr.) She was the beloved wife of the late Eloite “Red” Miller. She was the loving mother of Larry (Joan), Rick (Jean) and Mark Miller and the late Carol Lytell and Danny Miller. Grandmother of Marcus Dalen, Sherri, Nick and Hannah Miller and Kristopher and K. B. Barton and the late Jamie Dalen. She was the sister of Brenda Jenkins, Robert and Ronnie Marange and the late John Marange Jr. and Peggy Lala. Survived by a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mercy enjoyed spending time with her loving family, cooking, trips to “The K-Mart”, Grans Attic and going to garage sales. She was a kind and gentle soul who was loved by many. She was a great mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Bagnell & Son Funeral Home 75212 Hwy 437 Covington, Louisiana 70435 on Saturday August 20, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. with  visitation from 12:00 p.m. until service time. A private inurnment was held in the Mandeville Cemetery.
