Melissa Golden

Melissa Golden of Bush, Louisiana passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023 at the age of 51 surrounded by her loving family.

Missy leaves behind to cherish her memories, her father, James Golden, her daughter Jessica Golden Bertrand, son-in-law John William Bertrand, her grandchildren; Alayna, Braxton, and Baylee. Missy also leaves behind to cherish her memories, her sisters, Wanda Golden, Amanda Bentley and Suzy Golden.

Missy is preceded in death by her mother, Connie Golden.

She had a love for spending time on the beach collecting seashells, and had a passion for drawing, cooking, music and was a social butterfly.

Most of all she loved her family and friends, especially her greatest creation, her daughter Jessica, and her grandchildren.

Missy marched to the beat of her own drum and she did not care if you didn't like the rhythm, it was her song. That was a beautiful thing about Missy's character she lived her life the way she wanted. She loved her daughter and her grandchildren as much as anyone could. I wish the kids had more time with her. She was taken way to young.
