On Tuesday, November 21, 2023 our dearest mother, grandmother, and great grandmother was called to her heavenly home. We celebrate knowing she is now in the presence of her savior, Jesus Christ. She is now reunited with the love of her life, her husband Ray of 50 years. Mary Ruth loved attending church at Fitzgerald Methodist. In the summer and fall you could find her spending time at Dollywood listening to her favorite musicians, The Kingdom Heirs. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Ray Hamilton Grow, Sr., Father Thomas Boyd Calliham, Mother Annie Mae Calliham, Sister Audrey Mae Calliham Boyd, Grandsons Mitchie Allen Welch & Ryan Thomas Grow.
She is survived by her Son-Ray Grow, Jr., (Lynn), Daughter-Renee Grow (Robert). Along with her Grandchildren Patsy Welch (late Mitchie Welch) Ray Grow, III, (Lisa); Bonnie Whaley (Tommy), Michele Poche (Ray). Her Great-Grandchildren Matthew Welch (Meaghan), Colt Grow, Lauren Ackerman (Nathan), Kayce Fulton, Christian Welch (Callie), Clint Fulton, Adam and Ashlyn Welch Cameron Thomas, Remington “Remy” Grow , and Great-Great-Grandchildren Karter Fulton & Elle Welch.
An evening visitation will be held in the chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 28th 2023 from 6pm to 8pm. A visitation will be held at Fitzgerald Methodist Church on Wednesday November 29th, 2023 at 10:00 am with a Funeral Service to begin at 11:00 am and Burial to follow at Barker McManus Cemetery in Covington Louisiana.
