Marlene Orlando

Marlene Robinson Orlando passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home in Abita Springs, LA in the early morning of Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at the age of 65.  She was in New Orleans, LA to the late Chester and Elizabeth (Ochello) Robinson.  She graduated from Belle Chasse High School and studied at Delgado Community College of New Orleans.  She is survived by her daughters Shannon Orlando Pritchett (Daniel), Shawn Orlando Humbrecht (John) and her son Ian Paul Orlando (Brandy).  Maw Maw was the cherished grandmother of 9 grandchildren, Kierra, Bryce, Draven, Noelle, Daniel, Lena, Logan, Kristopher and Kylee.  She is survived by her brothers Peter M. Robinson (Helen), Chester M. Robinson (Kathy), Michael W. Robinson and her sister Carol L. Robinson, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.  There will be a memorial service at a later date for close family and friends.  In lieu of flowers the family is accepting donations to cover funeral services via their GoFundMe Campaign:
