Mamie Lala

Mamie Ann Lala, 75, peacefully passed away on September 30, 2020 in Slidell at her home surrounded by family. She was born on April 17, 1945 in New Orleans, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents Dominick F. Lala and Rita C. Lala. She is survived by her brother Anthony Lala (Nancy), sister Mary Rita Lala. Mamie was the loving mother of Gidget Berns (Sonny) and Tisha Musgrave (Cort). Loving grandmother of Kayla Boyd (Meghan) and Reed Boyd (Lauren). Great grandmother to Hunter, Hazel and Baby Boyd. She is also survived by 2 aunts and endless Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends. She enjoyed being with family, outside gardening, playing cards and collecting all things tiger related. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Our family card games will never be the same without her. Celebration of Life will be announced by family at a later date
