Louis LeBlanc

Louis LeBlanc was called home to his Lord and Savior on November 12, 2017 at the age of 78 years.  Beloved husband of the late Betty Gros LeBlanc.  Loving father of Tanya Street (Dennis), Tressa Tanner (Larry), Tyra Caylor (Jay) and Luke LeBlanc (Ann).  Grandfather of David (Lori), Rebekah (Brant), Kalin (Anthony), Ryan, Brennan, Jamie and Abby.  Great-grandfather of Alexander, Raegan, Jacob, Layla, Luke, Katherine, Peyton, Caroline, Averie and Ella.  Son of the late Theresa Richard Devillier and the late Luke LeBlanc. The family would like to acknowledge with loving appreciation their dear friend, Sadie Mayeux, for her support throughout their parents’ lengthy illnesses. Louis was a longtime member of Westwego Assembly of God where he was a Sunday School teacher, Deacon, Trustee, Usher, Building Committee member, choir member and Royal Ranger leader. He was also a member of the Rotary Club. He was a master electrician who owned his own electrical business and later retired from Jefferson Parish.  Louis was an avid golfer who also enjoyed singing and playing guitar, camping and traveling.   He will be sadly missed but his life and legacy will be celebrated.  There will be a private memorial for the immediate family at a later date.
