Lori F. Fisher

Lori Fuxan Fisher, born January 4, 1962, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at Passages Hospice in New Orleans, Louisiana, after a 15 month battle with lung cancer. She was 62 years old. 

Lori is survived by her parents, Ronald and Shirley Fuxan; brother Ronald; sisters Ronelle, Kim, and Jeanne; son, Ryan Fisher; daughter, Lexi Fuxan; and six nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind a one-eyed grand-cat, Mosh.

Lori was a colorful individual with a sense of humor like no other. She loved the paranormal and often told her children that she would haunt them after she died. Bets are being taken on which of her children she will haunt first.

Funeral arrangements will be made at a later date for immediate family only.

Ryan and Lexi would like to thank the doctors at University Medical Center NOLA for the excellent care they gave their mother from the very beginning of her cancer battle. They would also like to thank Lori’s friends and family who helped her along the way, including friends Laura and Kenny, and her “adopted daughter” Lizzy.
