Kimberly Schroder

Kimberly Victoria Welcker Schroder, age 56, passed away peacefully on October 25, 2018 at her home. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Schroder, her mother, Carolyn Quartararo Impastato, her father, Joseph C. Welcker, her step father, Jake Impastato and her brother, Anthony Impastato. She is survived by her son, Dominick Edward Schroder, her aunt and uncle, Ron and Donna Welcker, her two brothers, Ricco and Jake Impastato, and her loving and caring friend, Troy Jones and a number of friends and other relatives. Kim grew up in the Lakeview area of New Orleans and was a graduate of Mount Carmel Academy. She was a lover of “all things New Orleans”, a longstanding Elvis fan, and a proud member of the “Who Dat” nation. Interment will be private, and a celebration of her life will be held in Slidell, Louisiana at a future date.
