Kenneth Joseph Gates also known as Billy Bob passed away on Monday, August 3, 2015 in Houma, La. He was born on November 26, 1956 in New Orleans and he resided in Mandeville, La.
Mr. Gates was truly loved by his family and friends.
Mr. Gates is survived by his wife Leola Frechou Gates, daughter Angelina Marie Lemoine and husband Jason, son Joseph Vernon Gates and wife Amanda. He was a loving Paw-Paw and Pops of Mason Gates and Liam Lemoine and expected Granddaughter Londyn Lemoine. Mr. Gates was the brother of Marvin Gates, wife Jane, Wayne Gates, wife Mary Ann, Lawrence Gates, wife Norma Jean, sister Mary Claire Gates, husband Gary, and sister in law Dixie Gates.
He is preceded in death by father Joseph V Gates, mother Marie Madere Gates, brother A.J. Gates, and nephew Marvin Gates Jr. Mr. Gates had many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews who he loved with all his heart. He will be greatly missed by many he was such a wonderful loving, caring person to everyone.
Private services were held by the family.
