She embraced every moment with them. Kathy made friends everywhere she went and was a beacon of light with her infectious smile and personality. Her love for others was unconditional. Everyone she met was greeted with either being called babe, love, or honey. She was the most unselfish person you would ever meet having a heart of pure gold. She was a passionate Saints fan, Popeyes fanatic, Casino enthusiast, persistent photographer, Mardi Gras parade addict, and devoted caretaker to her parents. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, playing cards, bird watching, and gardening barefoot. Kathy spent her professional life as a devoted business owner with her sweetheart and children by her side. They owned Pat's Seafood in Metairie, LA, Seafood World in Covington, LA, and Northlake Seafood in Mandeville, LA together.
