Joseph Baudean

Joseph John Baudean passed away on Friday ,  29, 2016 at the age of 84 at his home in Covington LA.  A native of Algiers, LA.  He was the beloved husband of Anita Toler Baudean for 63 years . He is survived by his children, Lee Ann Rust, Mara Jan Kohlman, Brian Baudean and his grandchildren, Andrew Johnson, Jessica Rust, Jamie Kohlman, Libby Rust, Kristi Comeaux, Katie Kohlman, Michael Baudean and 5 great grandchildren .  Brother of Shirley Baudean Maggio. Son of the late Joseph Baudean and Mabel Vallette Baudean.  He was survived by many family members and friends. He was a US Navy Veteran serving during the Korean War.  He graduated at LSU in Chemical Engineering. He worked at Louisiana Power and Light, Kalvar and Strategic Oil Reserve. He loved fishing, being outdoors. He was very dedicated taking care of his wife.
A remembrance will be held by the family at their home.  The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to your local non-profit Alzheimer's Association.
