Janice Koczan

Janice Catherine Koczan, age 70, passed away at Hospice House in Slidell, Louisiana, on Saturday, December 20, 2014, after a prolonged struggle with cancer.

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, she lived for many years in Pennington, New Jersey and Mandeville, Louisiana.  She worked for SteinMart in Mandeville, LA also Fleetcor and Fuelman in Covington, LA for a number of years.  Janice was a very caring and creative person who enjoyed photography. She was excellent in crafts and especially in the making of miniature dolls, houses and decorations.  Janice was an avid New Orleans Saints fan.  Who dat!

Janice is survived by her two sons, Wayne Koczan of Ewing, New Jersey and Brian Koczan of Ohio; brother Robert LeRoy of Piscataway, New Jersey; and her very special friend Millie Ard of Abita Springs, Louisiana.  She leaves behind many loving relatives and friends. We all will miss her smile and kindness.
A memorial service will be held in New Jersey and internment will take place at the Ewing Church Cemetery, Ewing, New Jersey.
