James (Jim) Waulk

James (Jim) Elwood Waulk passed away peacefully on Monday September 30, 2019 in Covington, Louisiana surrounded by love. James was born and raised in Colton, Ohio but lived most of his adult life in Louisiana (New Orleans, Metairie, and Covington). James was an experienced carpenter (retired) and in his spare time enjoyed wrenching on muscle cars and fishing. James had a giving heart and truly loved spending time with his family, especially his beautiful granddaughters. James also enjoyed reading his Bible. James loved to laugh and had a sense of humor that naturally made others laugh. James was proceeded in death by his mother Margaret Vititoe Waulk Exline and his father Dick Waulk of Colton, Ohio. James is survived by his loving family from Covington, Louisiana: his wife; Connie Voiselle Waulk, daughter; Theresa Waulk Raykiewicz, granddaughters; Kaitlyn and Emma Raykiewicz, son; Darrell Eugene Voiselle (Elisha), and dear friend Roxanna Basye. James is also survived by his loving family from Ohio: Sisters; Jerri, Jannie, and Cathy, Myria of Kansas, and brothers; Billy and Richard. James, you are forever in our hearts, until we meet again. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at Landmark Church of God, 20188 Landmark Lane Covington, Louisiana 70435.
