James Waguespack

James A. Waguespack, Sr. of Folsom, Louisiana, passed away on June 23, 2021 at the age of 82.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. James is preceded on death by his loving wife, Barbara H. Waguespack and his parents, George Waguespack and Theresa R. Waguespack. He also preceded in death by his siblings; Velma W. Bridevaux, George Waguespack, Jr., Edgar Waguespack, Sr. and Sylvia W. Ritter.

James is survived by his children; Barbara W. Galazzo, James A. Waguespack, Jr. (Cindy), Gigi W. Cardenas, his siblings; Leonard Waguespack, Sr. and Theresa W. Bishop. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Ashley Waguespack, Jason Waguespack, Joshua Waguespack, Theresa Cardenas, Carmyn Waguespack, Gianna Galazzo and one great-grandchild, Carden H.

James was a plumber for over 50 years and had a passion for fishing, gardening, raising cows and chickens, photography and being an extra in the movie Storyville as well as helping his friends. James also enjoyed coaching his grandson’s soccer team.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on June 30, 2021 in the Chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home 75212 Hwy 437, Covington, Louisiana 70435 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation from 12:00 p.m.
