James (Jim) Broadway a Korean War Veteran age 89, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 15, 2024. He was a resident of Covington, Louisiana. Jim was born on June 10, 1934 in Port Neches, Texas to Owen and Evie Broadway.
He loved riding his motorbike, hunting, fishing, and cooking his favorite recipe turkey gumbo.
Thank you Jim for your service to our country in the Navy and Army.
Jim is survived by the love of his life Diane Williams.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A Graveside service is scheduled for 11:00 am on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at Lewis Cemetery in DeRidder, Louisiana.
