James Guillot, Jr.

James Albert Guillot, Jr. passed away on November 1, 2018 at the age of 75. He is preceded in death by his parents, James Albert Guillot, Sr. and Shirley Fontaine Speer. He is survived by his wife, Trudy Lirette Castagna Guillot, brother Gary Guillot, sister, Diane Beck,(Tiffany, Isabell), son Greg Guillot (Melanie), daughters, Renee Guillot, Gwen Wild (Joey), Becky Castagna Slaughter (Chris), Lea’ Castagna Morse (James), grandchildren Christopher “Trey” Howard, Tyler Guillot, Madelyn Wild and Christopher “CJ” Slaughter. Mr. Guillot was a Veteran of the Navy CB3, a Mechanical and Civil Engineer, a member of Church of the King and filled the role of Chopsley from 1987 and on. James enjoyed camera work and photography and he was a lover of music. Internment will take place at the Southeast Louisiana Veteran Cemetery in Slidell, Louisiana.
