James Casey Jr.

James Edward Casey Jr. passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at the age of 74. Jim was a native of New Orleans, LA and resident of Bush, LA. Son of the late James E. Casey Sr. and Leah Josephine Casey. Husband of the late Hazel Casey and father of the late Michelle M. Casey. Survived by his first wife Elaine Catherine Casey, four children Jamie Casey Berg (Steven), Stephanie Casey Aloi, James E. Casey III (Janet), Allison Casey Cooper (Darryl), Wyatt Cambre, Jarret Cambre (Amanda), Shane Cambre (Stacey) brother of Rosalyn C. Mix and Jansen L. “Butch” Casey. Loving grandfather to Rachel Berg Smith, Zachary Berg, Cody and Casey Aloi, Cole and Colin Casey, Alanna, Bryce, andBrock Cooper. Wyatt Cambre Jr., Calie Cambre, Camille Cambre, Olivia Cambre, Claire Cambre, Jeremiah Cambre, and Andersen Cambre. Great grandfather of Isabella Aloi, Kason Aloi, and Cypress Berg. Jim was a world-renowned pigeon breeder/handler, and animal enthusiast. Jim enjoyed many years working a dairy farm, construction business owner and was a professional auctioneer. Jim, loved many and many loved him.

Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral service Monday October 31, 2016 at 12:00 Noon in the Chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, Covington, LA. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am until service time.
