He was Born in Madisonville, Louisiana to the late Iris and Homas Paul Moticheck Sr. He leaves behind a loving spouse, Lori Motichek, siblings, Christine Taylor, Brian Motichek, and Elaine Motichek. As well as many nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him, and who know he will rest in peace.
