Gerard Luke

Gerard Jude Luke died peacefully at home surrounded by family on February 8, 2022, at the age of 61. He is survived by his beloved wife of 36 years, Dayna Sulik Luke and his three children: Ashley and Zach Scogin, William and Chandler Sistrunk Luke, and Madeline and Justin Sciortino; as well as four grandchildren, his father, Deacon Nelvin Luke, and his siblings JoNel and Harold Lindeen, Mark and Cindy Luke, Darlene and Deacon Steve Ferran, and Eric and Michaela Luke. He is preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Bordelon Luke. Visitation will be held at The Saint Joseph’s Abbey Church, 75376 River Road, Saint Benedict, LA on Saturday, February 12th from 1:00 pm until Mass of Christian Burial at 2:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the nonprofit, Twentieth Century Club Lodge and to UAMS Myeloma Center under his name to support cancer research and to assist families by providing no cost housing for cancer patients.
