Georgette Marie Taylor

Georgette Taylor Holden of Covington, Louisiana, passed away at home on December 19th 2024 at the age of 45 leaving a void her family cannot fill.

She was born in Covington in 1979 to Clifford Taylor and Cheryl Casanave. She attended Covington High School.

Georgette was a devoted mother to Taylor Glass, Rosie Robert, and Carrie Taylor her pride and joy. She always said their birth changed her life for the better, and they felt that in the love and support she always provided. She was also a loving sister to Tony Casanave, Gretchen Eisenberg, Gina Simmons, and Peter Casanave. As well as being called “Nanny” to many nieces and nephews.

Georgette took special joy in being a grandmother to Bentley Kane and had fond memories of spoiling him rotten.

Georgette was preceded in death by Clifford Taylor, Louis Casanave as well as many grandparents and loved ones who will never forget the love she brought to their lives.

Ceremonies for Georgette will be held at Bagnell & Son Funeral Home 75212 Hwy 437 Covington, Louisiana 70435 on December 27, 2024. Visitation begin at 10:00 a.m. with a Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. Burial to follow at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery.
