George P. Kastner, 73 years of age, passed away on April 30, 2016, in Abita Springs, LA at his residence. Beloved son of the late Nicholas J. and Pauline C. Kastner. George was born in New Orleans, LA, September 28, 1942 and resident of Abita Springs, LA since 1979. He is survived by his wife, Judy H. Kastner; daughter, Tammy K. Lachney( Chris ); son, Scott J. Kastner, Sr.( Stacy ); grandson, Scott J. Kastner, Jr.; step grand-daughter, Tiffany and Kristal Horton; step grandson, Eric Gillett; Four great grandchildren: Britni, Joathan, Isabella and Donovan. Sisters: Violet Hendrix, Mary Berthelot, Dee Theriot, Dianne and Annie Kastner.
Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 6:00 pm in the chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Road, Covington, LA. Visitation will begin at 4:00 pm until service time. Interment will be private. In Lieu of flowers donations in remembrance of George may be made to the family.
