Fred Leonard Sandoval

Fred Leonard “Lenny” Sandoval, 56, entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 29, 2018 in Slidell, Louisiana. Lenny is preceded in death by his father, Fred Antuna Sandoval. He is survived by his daughters, Kala Sandoval and Peighton Sandoval; mother, Rose Sandoval; sisters, Patricia Sandoval, Katrina Sandoval Pies and Diana Sandoval Pina; brothers, Carlos Sandoval and Alex Sandoval; and 5 nieces and 7 nephews. A devoted father, son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, Lenny was a compassionate, giving man who loved others joyfully and whole-heartedly. His smile could light up a room. Lenny treasured family and friends more than anything, and he had a gift for making others feel important and loved.  Born on June 13, 1961 in Phoenix, AZ, Lenny attended Cortez High School and graduated in 1979. Following high school, Lenny moved to Louisiana, the place he would call home for the next 35+ years of his life. With an immense love of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, Lenny had a passion for being a motorcycle mechanic and spent 15+ years becoming a ‘master’ of his trade, eventually earning the title of a Harley-Davidson Master Technician.
