Frances Maniscalco Harper

Frances Maniscalco Harper passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at the age of 85. She was born in New Orleans, LA on June 28, 1939, to the late Samuel and Michelina Maniscalco, and was a native of St. Bernard and recently resided in Chalmette, LA before her passing. Frances leaves her loving memory to her many nieces and nephews. Frances loved animals and children, but especially her cat Lancelot. She is preceded in death by her Parents; Brothers, Samuel Maniscalco (Hazel), Joseph Maniscalco, Blaize Maniscalco (Evelyn), Vincent Maniscalco (Joy), Micheal Maniscalco and Vincent Maniscalco; and her Sister, Rosa Maniscalco DeJean (Louis).

A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 3 PM at St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery, 75376 River Rd., St. Benedict, LA 70457.
