Frances Fortenberry

Frances Smith Fortenberry of Covington, Louisiana, passed away November 7, 2022, at the age of 82. Frances was born in Tylertown, Mississippi, to John Smith and Lucille Folse. She was married to Charles Edward Fortenberry. She is preceded in death by her parents John Hughes and Lucille Folse, her Husband, Edward Fortenberry as well as her siblings: Harold Smith, Gilbert Smith, Carl Smith, Earl Smith, Leslie Smith, and Larry Smith.

Frances is survived by her children Angie Fortenberry, Karen Sharp (Austin Sharp Jr.) and Rhonda Conley (Andy Conley) she is also survived by her grandchildren: Lacey Hanson, Brandy Hamm, Charles Jenkins, along with her great grandchildren Bryce Hanson, Wyatt Hanson, David Hanson III, and James Hamm.

A Memorial Ceremony will be held at a later date.
