Evelyn Robertson Casrill

Evelyn Ruth Robertson Casrill passed away peacefully on December 6, 2019 at the age of 94. Loving wife to the late Louis M. Casrill Jr. She is survived by her daughters, Yvette Cushing and Catherine “Susie” Williams. Evelyn is preceded in death by Sandra Dours, Louis M. Casrill III, Rebecca “Becky” Mouille, Charles “Mario” Casrill, Denise Casrill, and Reynolds Casrill. Evelyn was adored by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren and a multitude of family and friends. With special thanks to her caregivers; Matthew and Desiree Dominguez (granddaughter).  “Ev” had a passion for gardening, sewing, cooking, and homemaking. At any given moment, you could find “Ev” sitting peacefully at her kitchen table with coffee in one hand, cookie in the other along with a huge welcoming smile on her face. She was undoubtedly one of the strongest, most resilient women there ever was and she will be missed dearly. Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Thursday, December 12, 2019 in the Chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home at 12:00 p.m. with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment to follow at St. Louis #3 Cemetery in New Orleans, Louisiana.
