Ervin Pace

Ervin R Pace age 87, went home to be with his Lord and Savior at Beau Provence Memory Care Center on February 03, 2018. He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 yrs. Bonnie Pfeifer Pace; daughter Christi Pace Buccola, son Thomas E. Pace, son-in-law David G. Buccola; four grandchildren, Bradley and Tyler Buccola, Joshua and Sarah Pace, sisters Sybil Pace Cook and Mitzi Pace James. He is preceded in death by his parents Irvin and Minnie Lee Pace of Meridian, MS, and daughter-in-law Deidra Dixon Pace of Houma, La.  Mr. Pace is a Korean War Veteran and a Chevron USA Retiree. He enjoyed reading, golf, traveling, and spending time with his family. The family would like to express their love and appreciation to the staff at Beau Provence Memory Care Assisted Living facility in Mandeville and the staff of Passages St. Tammany Hospice for all of the love, kindness, and care that was provided to Ervin during his time there.  Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service Friday February 9, 2018 at 1:00 pm at  New Zion Baptist Church, 17387 New Zion Church Road, Covington, La. Friends may call after 11:00 am until service time. Internment will follow in New Zion Church Cemetery. Lieu of flowers please make a contribution to New Zion Baptist Church Building fund.
