Elnora Holliday Hines

Elnora Carter Holliday Hines, a native of Covington, LA, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, September 8, 2014 at the age of 72.  Survived by her daughters Nona Westmoreland, Colinda Hardy Johnson (Tim), Mary Bailey (Reggie), Pam Hines Gilchrist (Neely) and Peggy Stuckey (Kert) and her grandchildren Jamie Tovar, Leslie Bonner, Nikki Sykora, Michael Hines, Ashley Hines, Matt Hines, Josh Ryle, Alyssa Ryle, Brittany Ryle, Cambree Bailey and Anya Bailey and 11 great grandchildren .  Also survived by her siblings Joyce Blackwell, Berniece Chatellier, Leroy Carter, A.W. Carter and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in the death by her husbands Ernest Holliday Jr. and Bill Hines, Amon Carter (father), Mina Lee Carter Williams (mother), and Robert Carter (brother).

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at New Zion Baptist Church, 17387 New Zion Church Rd, Covington, LA 70435 on Friday, September 12, 2014 at 12:00 pm.  Visitation will be held in the chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Road, Covington, LA 70435 on Thursday, September 11, 2014 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and will resume on Friday morning at New Zion Baptist Church from 10:00 am until the time of the service.

Interment will follow in the New Zion Church Cemetery.
