Elizabeth Adkins

Elizabeth Ann Adkins passed away at her home November 26, 2019, at the age of 61. She was born March 2, 1958, to Elizabeth Oalmann Johnson Williams and the late Robert Johnson. Preceded in death by her brother, Don Johnson, and her daughter, Katy Beal. She is survived by her sister, Andrea Lake, and numerous nieces and nephews. She earned a dual certification Bachelor’s Degree and enjoyed teaching life challenged students. It was her way to give back some of the kindness, understanding and patience that she had been given throughout her life. She loved children and animals, especially her last dog, Nova, and riding her Harley motorcycle. She will be missed by family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a short Memorial Service Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Waldheim United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Elizabeth to be made to the Waldheim United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, 77067 Highway 21, Covington, Louisiana 70435.
