Edward Adolph LeMay

Edward “Sonny” Adolph LeMay passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at the age of 84. A native of Metairie, LA, he was born to the late Adolph and Shirley LeMay on May 30, 1940 and recently resided in Kenner, LA. He is survived by his Wife, Carol LeMay; Children, Heidi LeMay, Edward Paquet, Christopher LeMay and Melissa LeMay; Daughter-In-Laws, Debby Wilhelmus and Linsey LeMay; Sisters, Diane Stelb and Sylvia Williams; 8 Grandchildren, Eddie, Steven, Amanda, Sierra, Emma, Zoey, Zakary, and Hudson; and 2 Great-Grandchildren, Karsen and Kruz. He is preceded in death by his Parents; his Son, Steven LeMay; and Granddaughter, Heather.

Edward worked on the Missouri Pacific Railroad also at Paretti Pontiac and Bryan Chevrolet. He had many interests including boxing, cars, magic tricks, saltwater and freshwater aquariums, as well as gangster and action films.

Edward LeMay’s services will be private and held at a later date at Lake Lawn Park Cemetery once enough funds have been collected to open the crypt. Anyone wanting to send condolences can reach out to the family. Any donations can be sent to the family via CashApp.
