Edith Flores

Edith Pittman Flores passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones in her home on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at the age of 95. She was born on May 27, 1922 in Covington, LA to the late Minnie Dyess Keating and Uriah Foster Keating. Mother of Caroll Pittman Amond. Grandmother of Caroll Amond Robert and her husband, Michael Joseph Robert Sr. Great grandmother of Meagan, Michael Jr., Austin and Alexander Robert. Preceded in death by her husbands Olan Pittman and Jules Flores and her siblings Victor Keating, R.T. Keating, Avie Keating, Jimmy Keating, Earl Buford, Vernie Sharp, Camille Reeves, Ollie Walker and Lillie Bell Bellamy. She will be sadly missed by her only surviving brother Emmett Keating and many sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Rd, Covington, LA at 12:30 PM on Monday, September 18, 2017. Friends may call after 10:30 am

Interment will follow in Simaloosa Creek Cemetery, Covington, LA . In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Tammany Parish Hospice.
